The zipped file can be, for example, temporarily stored in the folder.

Unzip the file:
H:/WEB/temp/phpMyAdmin-5.0.XX-all-languages.zipto:

The unzip produces only 1 folder.

Open this folder:

This folder has about 113 items.
Open the highlighted file:
